Announcement — QUALTICKS is now AssureMate. Same team, same platform. Be self-assured.

About AssureMate

Built by people who've done the work.

Compliance as a discipline, not an annual scramble. That's the philosophy — and the product.

Our story

AssureMate was built by people who have worked inside Australian RTOs — as compliance managers, training managers and directors. We know what a Tuesday afternoon in a compliance office looks like, and we know what a Standards audit looks like from the RTO's side of the table. We built AssureMate so the two feel closer together.

What stands behind it

Be self-assured.

For RTO people, self-assurance is a term of art — ASQA's expectation that a provider monitors, evidences and improves its own compliance instead of waiting for an audit. For everyone else it simply means confident. AssureMate gives you both: the system, and the feeling.

  • Integrated

One connected system. Obligations, evidence, trainers, findings and actions in one place, each linked to the clause it answers — not five spreadsheets and a shared drive.

  • Quality

One standard at the centre, everything checked against it. Quality is not a folder for the audit; it is how the RTO runs every week.

  • Self-assurance

The regulator's model, made practical: the RTO monitors, evidences and improves its own compliance, continuously — and can show it.

How we build

The three things that shape everything we ship.

Continuous, not reactive

Evidence should be a by-product of daily work — not something an RTO scrambles to produce the week before an audit.

Every role, not just compliance

An RTO is not run by one person. AssureMate serves the CEO, compliance manager, training manager, trainer, admin and coordinator with equal seriousness.

Australian, for Australia

Hosted in Australia, built around Australian regulation, supported by an Australian team. We know the ecosystem because we live in it.
